MISSISSIPPI EQUINE PROGRAMS
Mississippi State University
is a land grant college located in Starkville, Mississippi, an offers a B.S. in Animal Science with an Equine Concentration. The Coursework includes Advanced Horsemanship I and II, Equine Reproduction, Equine Management, and Horse Show Marketing and Management. The MSU
College of Veterinary Medicine
offers a professional Doctoral (DVM) degree. The College's Animal Health Center (teaching Hospital) sees 9,000 patients annually and offers complete equine care. See the

The MSU Equestrian, Judging and Rodeo Teams compete in the Mississippi Horse Park which is adjacent to the University. The Indoor Arena is 137 x 250 and seats 2500. The Facility also has 315 Stalls available and a 5/8ths mile track. For more about the Facility, see the website for the
