IDAHO EQUINE PROGRAMS
The
College of Southern Idaho
is located in Twin Falls, Idaho, and offers four degree programs in Equine Studies and Equine Science. A.S. in Equine Business Management; A.A. in Equine Studies; A.A.S. in Horse Management; and a Technical Certificate in Horse Management.
Course work includes Equine Anatomy, Reproduction, Health, Marketing, Legal Issues, Business Aspects of Racing Horses, Draft Horses, and Horse Judging.

Equestrian Team
competes in Western and Hunt Seat. The College also ofefrs Men's and Women's
Rodeo Teams.
The Rodeo Team and Equestrian Teams have available for practice and events the College of Southern Idaho
Expo Center
housing a heated, 200' x 300' Indoor Arena with seating for 3500.
The
University of Idaho
is located in Moscow, Idaho. Through the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, the University offers a B.S. in Animal Science. While there is course work available in Horse Health and Management. the work is more directed towards a Pre-Veterinary Major.

Rodeo Club
competes with other colleges. The University also fields a
Polo Club.
Boise State University
is located in Boise, Idaho. The University offers a Rodeo Club
that competes with other local colleges.
The
College of Idaho
is located in Caldwell, Idaho. The College has an Equestrian Club, but it does not appear that the Club engages in intercollegiate competition.
